Insert the second disc of the set and on that disc's [Main Menu], highlight the [Action Sequences] menu entry. Then, press the [Right] arrow key on your remote control to highlight the icon of a bus. Press [Enter] and you will get to a number of credit pages. Browse through them by pressing the [Right] arrow key and at the end you will get to see the alternate Cargo Jet Explosion, as it was shown in the Airline versions of the movie.
